Yes, it looks like Billy Ray Cyrus has had a change of achy-breaky heart. Last year, he trashed Hannah Montana as the worst thing that had ever happened to the Cyrus clan. Now he wants to do the Disney series all over again. And it doesn't bother Billy Ray one bit that his So Undercover star daughter is a little...well, old to play the Disney darling.
"I know Miley couldn't step back and be that little girl," quips Billy Ray, "but I could get my mullet back real quick."
Indeed. But if Miley Cyrus can't "step back" into the Hannah Montana persona, who will?

Well, Billy Ray has an answer for that, too. Miley's younger sister, Noah, will be perfect for the role of the young Hannah Montana. Wow. It must be fate. Or something.
Has Billy Ray Cyrus been hitting Miley's discarded Salvia bong? Or is this just another example of what seems to be a pattern in his life--dramatic reversals. Like his much publicized divorce from his wife Tish, for example. In October, 2010, he filed for divorce. He withdrew the petition 6 months later. He and Tish are still together.
If Miley Cyrus has been apprised of her father's new brainstorm, she's keeping her opinion of it to herself. Mercifully, she's still performing in Australia on the last leg of her Gypsy Heart Tour, and she won't have to deal with it for a while. As for Noah, is she ready and able to step into Miley Cyrus's ultra famous shoes? She's probably never even considered it. But if Billy Ray Cyrus has his way again, she may soon find out.
