Miley Cyrus got a lot of heat for stripping down in a Vanity Fair photo shoot in 2008. The racy photos didn't actually show any private parts, but they were deemed very inappropriate for a 15-year-old role model.

I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be 'artistic' and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed."
