23 July, 2010 - In a vain attempt to visit Lindsay Lohan, Miley Cyrus was arrested at the Lynwood Correctional Facility after a routine search revealed a serving of flan in her panties. “What’s THIS doing in your panties?” screamed one guard, removing the still warm custard dish from between Miley’s legs. “Who’s this for, you nasty bitch?” Another hidden desert item was discovered during a more thorough cavity search and Cyrus was arrested and taken downtown for booking.

Reportedly, Miley quickly broke down into tears and confessed to trying to smuggle the desert to Lohan, who supposedly just loves the stuff. “She can’t get enough of it,” said a close friend who declined to be identified.
According to reports, Miley planned on taking advantage of one of Lohan’s allotted conjugal visits and allowing Lohan to discreetly consume the decadent dish from between her thighs. “I was just trying the help out a friend,” she weeped as she was charged with attempting to smuggle contraband into a correctional facility.

Close associates of Miley say they aren’t surprised by the development. “She’s been a little high-strung lately. She’s so sexually restrained, she coming apart at the seams,” said a fan club president. She was part of a fan club group who earlier in the day were invited to Cyrus’ home for gourmet chocolate mousse and some juicy gossip for their blogs. But, a close friend who preferred to remain anonymous put it more bluntly. “She needs to get laid and bad! She’s been doing some pretty wacked shit around here recently ! Hell, last week she was photographing herself pissing on an ant bed and yelling, “Worship me you bastards!”

Miley’s booking was interrupted when father Billy Ray Cyrus and a lawyer intervened with a forensic analyst in tow. After a quick analysis, it was determined that the “flan” was simply a mass of congealed semen. “We suspect that after a rather amorous evening with a couple of dozen male fans, Miley’s perpetually hot pussy cooked the substance to the consistency of flan. In an effort to divert attention from the fact that she’s a slut, she concocted the bogus flan story,” said Cyrus’ lawyer.”And being a slut ain’t illegal!”

“That’s RIGHT,” screamed Billy. “My daughter may be a slut, but she’s no felon…wait what?” Miley was released without charges, but several fan club members had to have their stomachs pumped once they heard the news, “That ain’t chocolate mousse, either!”

22 July, 2010 - Miley Cyrus says that she’s outgrown her alter-ego Hannah Montana. In a new interview, she says she has done a lot of growing, but it’s hard when the character can only grow so much.

She said, “I’ll be 18 this year. Definitely you do a lot of growing, and that’s hard to do on a show that does have a lot of restrictions as well. Because there are things we want to do that involve growing up, but then what? Once you put them in college, it’s like, ‘Okay. Then Hannah Montana does what?’ So, it’s kind of hard to keep it going when there’s only really so much you can do with the character than can only grow so much.”As for playing Hannah, she said, “I think it’d be easier if it was someone that was a little bit older, but it’s hard to still start a show at eleven and let it grow, but still appropriately, as you’re growing.”

Her father, Billy Ray chimed in, adding, “For Miley, myself, the cast, the crew, everyone — it’s just the right time to end this chapter and begin a new one. Miley as a singer and a songwriter, she knows where she wants to go… I think she’ll always be growing as an artist.”

Ever since Miley Cyrus has been a kid she has faced the duality of life, as she played a regular kid by the day and pop star by night in the popular Disney series. But that was kind of easy for her, it was more of ‘either/ or’ situation.

But now as she slowly gets to the steps of adulthood the duality of her life is growing, she no longer has the luxury of an ‘either/ or’ situation. Now she has to establish herself in a particular area of music.

The Teen Queen has chosen to transform herself from the innocent girl to a more edgy dark person, but looks like she is turning out to be confused pop star.

Her just released new album ‘Can’t be tamed’ appears to be very inconsistent with her other albums. It continues the instability that’s been clear in Miley’s music the last year and a half. During which she’s had two major hits: “The Climb,” from the soundtrack to “Hannah Montana: The Movie”and“Party in the U.S.A.”None the less although ‘Can’t be tamed’ does not provide any stability to Miley’s music it is still a thrilling album. There are phenomenal dance-pop songs but also stilted ballads and high-energy screamers.

Now with time running out of her hands, with the Hannah Montana season 4 to wrap up this summer, Miley needs to stop experimenting with different genres of music and get a single identity.

Miley Cyrus: Unlikely 5 answers

Miley Cyrus took time out from her busy gyrating on-stage schedule or creating some controversies to answer 5 questions. It was primarily her favourites, but the singer is not willing to sing ‘These are the few of my favourite things’ and the soothing things associated with the sings are definitely are not in the list of her favourites. Anyway, for a change few of her favourites were not wacky as she has been lately portraying herself.

The five questions were her favourite song that can pump up a party, was not any of her songs, but Miley feels it is any song by Lady Gaga, however, it is ‘Bad Romance’ that is her favourite to kick start a party. Second question – her favourite band, it is Nirvana, well that’s much appreciated choice.The 17year old singer’s favourite show is ‘The Nanny since her dad (Billy Ray Cyrus) was in it. We all expected it would be her show ‘Hannah Montana’ or at least something from the Disney Channel. But may be Miley is not going for anything by Disney as it might affect her new found image.

Things do get dorkier as she rightly answers her fourth question, which is her favourite website. Well it is PeopleofWallmart.com – the site shows people wearing weird and outrageous clothes and even the worst dressed people who go to Wall mart to buy stuffs. We really hope that Miley does not land up on that website in future, since she has been slammed recently for her outfits.

The fifth answer to the question was a normal one. Her favourite actress, it is Oscar winner Sandra Bullock. Well we like that choice of hers too, but once again we wish that Miley can get something close to that actress and stop doing outlandish things in public and stage.

Marlo Thomas to Join Miley Cyrus

Screen and stage star Marlo Thomas will appear opposite Demi Moore and Miley Cyrus in LOL, an English-language remake of Gallic hit LOL: Laughing Out Loud, according to a report in Variety. Lisa Azuelos, who directed the original movie, will direct the remake from her own screenplay.

The movie focuses on a 15-year-old (to be played by Cyrus) who, after being dumped by her boyfriend, sets her sights on his best friend. Moore will play Cyrus' character's mother and Thomas will play the young woman's grandmother. The film will also feature Ashley Greene, Thomas Jane, Ashley Hinshaw, Lina Esco, George Finn, and Douglas Booth. In related news, Dolly Parton, Vicki Lawrence, Ray Liotta, Jay Leno, Sheryl Crow, and Kelly Ripa are among the stars scheduled to make guest appearances on Cyrus' hit Disney Channel show Hannah Montana this season, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

If there's one thing the moms of America can agree on, it's that Miley Cyrus is trouble. The actress owes her outsized stardom to her role as Hannah Montana, the loveable, squeaky-clean teen beloved of little girls across the land who loyally tune into her show on the Disney Channel. Problem is, Cyrus is 17 and has her sights on taking her stardom to a new plateau, one that seems to include risque photo shoots and dancing like a stripper.

How could she? That's what fuming mommy-bloggers, media critics and other concerned citizens want to know. Isn't she worried about what message this sends the children? In a word, no. She's following a well-trod path where the transition from kiddie TV personality to hot-to-trot It Girl can happen overnight, and done right it can make you a superstar. No fool, Cyrus is ready to make the jump.Her Hannah Montana fans? Not so much. Many of them are in the difficult "tween" period between childhood and teen-age years. They are confronting the "girl-poisoning culture" psychologist Mary Pipher explored in her 1994 book, "Reviving Ophelia: Saving the Selves of Adolescent Girls." Girls in their teenage years, Pipher wrote, struggle to navigate a world that is increasingly "sexualized and media-saturated." The pressures on young girls to conform, and society's lack of response, saps the self-esteem of many as they hit adolescence. They don't always know how to respond.



Not surprisingly, Pipher's book became a best-seller. It put into words and validated the experiences that many a mother, father and teacher saw playing out with far too many young girls. We give young girls few role models for these critical years, but Hannah Montana was one of them, at least for younger girls.

The Hannah Montana character always appealed to girls much younger than the real Miley Cyrus. She began the show at age 13. Yet her fan base was far younger, 7- to 9-year-olds who liked the goofy Hannah, an ordinary schoolgirl who turned into a pop star in the evenings. Now Miley is trying to tap into the record market dominated by Lady Gaga and Beyonce, women years older. Her erstwhile fan base can't relate.

But they get it. They can and do make a distinction between Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus. "Hanna Montana," with one final season to finish, is still the No. 1 cable show for 9- to 14-year-olds. But the new Miley they're not so crazy about.

Marketing stats confirm this. Only 24 percent of teens aged 13 to 17 said they liked Miley now, as compared to 45 percent two years ago, according to E-Poll Market Research, which specializes in such celebrity followings.

A quick check with my two most trusted sources confirmed the data. I'll spare Miley the label one niece chose to describe the new persona. But what she texted as an afterthought was more to the point: "She looks like she is 21, but she's my age." Source No. 2, her older sister, was more charitable: "I don't blame her from trying to get away from Disney." This niece, a recent high school graduate, is far closer in her own life to Miley, ready to define herself as an adult.

"Hannah Montana" is destined for reruns on cable. It remains to be seen whether the show will suffer if Cyrus' lifestyle veers a little too far in the direction of a Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan. Girls are surprisingly attuned to, albeit often quite anxious about, the good and bad choices that will be urged upon them on their journey to adulthood. The concerned moms of the world can take comfort in the fact that they are capable of being very critical of the icons they're widely supposed to worship.

Nonetheless, a void remains. What seems to be missing are new characters worthy of their emulation. Someone age appropriate to help the 13- to 17-year-olds traverse that vast land between being a little girl and young woman. And though we may understand better the cultural pressures on girls that Mary Pipher identified almost two decades ago, we haven't done a great deal to address them.

Miley Cyrus has quickly learned a few things over the course of the past few months -- not only does controversy lead to headlines, but so does massive changes to your image. For the best evidence of that, all you have to do is hear this new story courtesy of In Touch Weekly.

Apparently, the "Hannah Montana" star's 'do is of such high value that she reportedly paid $24,000 to have it specially flown in to New York City from Italy. She then had it styled to match her locks perfectly:

After Miley Cyrus bid adieu to the Disney Channel and its ‘Hannah Montana’ it is now Selena Gomez’s time to say goodbye to the channel and stop being the wizard Alex Russo of ‘Wizard of Waverly Place.’ Previously everyone considered it to be a rumour but the actress told ‘MTV’ that this will be the last season of the show that she will be doing. It is tough for her to leave the show and she is really “heartbroken”. So will her fans be, but the good news is she will be filming a movie for the show.

After that Gomez will start concentrating on her musical career and will start touring. So will we see her in the outrageous antics and go almost without clothes like Miley did to shed her teen, Disney image? Hopefully we won’t see Selena like Miley, but since it is showbiz and anything can happen.On the other hand no words on whether the famous sitcom ‘Wizard of the Waverly Place’ will continue or will it stop after the 17year old actress quits the show. It is likely that the show will wrap up after this season because Gomez is the show. She started working on thew show since its pilot episode, which aired on October 12, 2007.

Selena’s in the big screen with ‘Ramona and Beezus’ will be hitting the theatres on July 23. In the film she shares the screen with Joey King, Bridget Moynahan and John Corbett.

Miley Cyrus' brother Trace faces lawsuit from old band

However, the same can't exactly be said for her brother Trace, who is now facing a lawsuit from some former members of his band Metro Station.
According to a new story from TMZ, the band is upset after Trace (who also served as the president of the band's company) announced their breakup without speaking to the members first -- in addition, he also hated on the music in a public forum (in Twitter).

As a result of all of this madness, the former band members are suing Trace to make sure he has no control in anything the band says or done -- proof that not all publicity is good publicity.

I am finally caught up on my Hannah Montana with Miley Cyrus watching and I must say I am enjoying this season so far with the new locations. The house is great and the boardwalk where Lilly works is a nice change of pace. Also the Jackson and Siena story is great as I love to see Jackson in a relationship. We do need more of her cousin though on the show.

It is also great that Robby will be going on a blind date with Lori, played by Christine Taylor. Christine Taylor has appeared recently in Phineas and Ferb as a Super Villain’s nagging wife and has a long list of television and movie credits.HANNAH MONTANA – “California Screamin’” -Miley believes that Robby has sacrificed his personal life for her career, so she sets him up on a blind date with Lori, her school nurse. Country music legend Dolly Parton defends Miley Cyrus regarding the teen star’s current controversial issues like wearing revealing outfits.
Parton, 64, said in an interview that the young star is just trying to cope up with growing up and is trying to find her way. She said people should ease up on her while she is trying to do that.

Cyrus, 17, is a goddaughter of Parton, thus, she has known the Disney star since she was a baby. In an interview by Access Hollywood to Parton regarding Cyrus’s outfits she replied, “If you think I’m going to sit here and pass judgment on Miley, you’re wrong.
I think she’s beautiful. I love her. She’s trying to grow up, you know, I remember when I was horny and young.” (When asked by Access as to when was that, she replied, “Horny and young? I’m still horny.”) The Queen of Country Music has made guest appearances in Hannah Montana. She plays Aunt Dolly to the character of Hannah.

Dolly Parton is Miley Cyrus Fairy Godmother

Dolly Parton jokingly calls herself Miley Cyrus’ “fairy godmother.” The two of them are very close, as Parton has known her father, Billy Ray Cyrus for quite some time. She went on to say that she was also looking out for Cyrus in the Hollywood scene, trying to ensure that she does not go out of control like so many young stars do.
The “Can’t Be Tamed” singer joined Parton on stage for a rendition of Parton’s famous song “Jolene.” By all accounts, their duo was done very well and sounded great live. The two of them reportedly hit it off during the recording of the song, and have continued to grow closer together since.
Miley has taken on a lot of criticism recently as she has tried to mature her look. Cyrus, who was known for her children’s show, “Hannah Montana” on the Disney Channel, has been wearing increasingly skimpier outfits in an effort to change her image from the one that was given to her by Disney.
“I’m just real proud of her,” Parton said.“She does not need my advice, but she’s often asking for information and advice, and I tell her what I know, but I think the girl’s doing all right without me.”
The special commemorating 25 years of the Tennessee theme park that will air on Hallmark Channel will also feature performances from a number of other huge country stars, including Kenny Rogers and Billy Ray Cyrus. It will be interesting to hear how they all sound together up on stage. Billy Ray Cyrus has known Parton since his first break though single, “Achey Breaky Heart,” first burst onto the scene in the early 90’s.

Miley Cyrus is somewhere between her squeaky-clean Disney Channel roots and her sexy new pop star act. To prove that she’s growing up, Cyrus’s final season of Hannah Montana entitled Hannah Montana Forever will premier tonight at 7 p.m. on the Disney Channel. After this season, Hannah Montana and Miley Stewart will be no longer, but Cyrus says her fans need some closure.

Off camera, Cyrus is maturing “full-steamy-ahead.” Her new album is titled Can’t Be Tamed, and she sings anti-Disney lyrics like, “Stop telling me I’m part of a big machine / I’m breaking free, can’t you see.”

Cyrus, 17, says she knows who she is. “I’ve never really said that that was who I am, someone that’s always trying to be perfect... And so I think it’s been easier for me to grow up, because I’ve never, you know, faked it ... I’m going to grow up at some point. And I’ve always been honest about that ... I’m happy to just be me for a little while.” Despite her need to grow up and be her own person, Cyrus is still a “daddy’s girl.” Her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, who also plays her onscreen father, says, “She knows my door is always open if she needs to talk... You know, I’m always there as a friend and a father or as a professional actor, singer, songwriter, entertainer, accountant – whatever.”

Disney might have to work some of its legendary magic to convince audiences that Cyrus is still the innocent Hannah Montana. She has become a star of tabloids and gossip magazines from “mocking Asians, giving her 'Last Song' producer a lapdance, [to] quitting Twitter.” Jason Earles, who plays her brother, Jackson, jokes that he told Cyrus, “Don’t get pregnant.”

Ashley Greene to Team Up With Miley Cyrus in a New Movie

Ashley Greene is about to team up with Miley Cyrus in a new movie. The 23-year-old star is currently in negotiations to play a high school bad girl in "LOL: Laughing Out Loud" where the Disney cutie has been slated to take the lead role, The Hollywood Reporter claims.

In addition to Greene, Thomas Jane is also in talks to join the remake of the French film of the same title. The star of TV series "Hung" is said to be offered a role of Cyrus' on-screen father. Demi Moore has been previously reported to be the mother of singer/actress' character. Also recruited to join the cast ensemble of the film are Ashley Hinshaw, George Finn and Douglas Booth. Hinshaw will portray Cyrus' best friend, Finn will be seen as Cyrus' former lover while Booth is tapped as Cyrus' love interest.

The story itself will follow a 15-year-old girl who, after dumped by her more sexually experienced boyfriend, sets her sights on his best friend. At the same time, her 40-year-old divorcee mother is struggling to move on with her life. The fraught relationship between mother and daughter provides the film with its narrative backbone, along with the younger generation's obsession with instant messaging.

We read the book “Wings” by Aprilynne Pike and not only do we want to read the rest of the novels in the series, we also really want to see this story made into a movie to debut on the big screen. There’s just one problem…we’re not 100% sold on having Miley Cyrus star in the lead role.

'I'm Not A Rapper'

In addition to adopting an edgier look and sound on her new album, Can't Be Tamed, Miley Cyrus is also trying out a new way of expressing herself. On tracks like "Liberty Walk," Cyrus raps — but please, don't call MC an MC.

"I call it more of a spoken, rhythmic [singing style]," she explained. "I'm not a rap type. Maybe a little bit. It's speaking to the music, but if I say that I'm a rapper, I'm going to be like, 'I'm not a rapper.' I've got no flow in that way. I've got no swag."

Her "Can't Be Tamed" single, however, did just get a hip-hop makeover, courtesy of Lil Jon, who Cyrus said took the track to a whole new level. "He's sick," she said. "I love him, because he just made this song. It was already something that set me apart, but it just [became something more with him]. You know, the fact that he respects my music and we are completely opposite styles, and the fact that he can be like, 'OK, this is a good song,' it just shows you don't have to be a certain age, gender [to like it]. "It's a dance song," she added about the remix. "It's a party song, and he's awesome. I like how he's one person when he's chilling in the studio. I've never seen someone flip on and off. He's got, like, double personas ... like so wired. It's cool."

Although she once admitted she has never heard a Jay-Z song — despite her Jay-referencing line in "Party in the U.S.A." — she does have a few other favorite MCs, including Gucci Mane and OJ Da Juiceman. "I love it," she said of the two rappers. "I don't know any of the songs. They all blend in. I can't really break it up, but I like it. But I'm not a rapper."
