Perez Hilton Says He's Not Stupid to Post Miley Cyrus' Asset Photo

Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton has cleared up controversy following his action on posting a picture of Miley Cyrus with her lady part exposed like she didn't wear panties in his Twitter page.

Perez tried to address the matter by posting a video in which he donned a short fake fur nearly showing his own asset.

As fans lashed out at him for posting the inappropriate photo since Miley is still underage, Perez claimed in the video posted in his blog on Tuesday, June 15, "Do you think I'm stupid enough to post a photo of Miley if she's not wearing any underwear down there?" He added, "Sure I like to be controversial, but I don't want to go to jail." Perez later revealed the reason why he posted the image was simply because he wanted to poke fun at Miley for her lack of grace getting out of the car. The blogger explained, "The reason I linked to that photo is because I thought she was exiting this car in a very un-ladylike fashion. People, snap out of it!"

Perez also believed that Miley was indeed wearing undies and described the controversy as "fake." He insisted, "Miley was clearly wearing underwear. Do you think Miley is that stupid to be out in public without panties?" On whether or not Perez will be possibly charged for child porn, criminal defense attorney Christopher Leibig told E! Online that it likely won't happen. Christopher explained, "This one image of a 17-year-old, even if it were technically child porn, is not a very big child porn case."
"Usually child pornography cases involve multiple images, including children being photographed in a private setting and performing sexual acts by perpetrators for profit. But it just doesn't reach the same evil that these laws were intended to prohibit," Christopher added. He also stated that most prosecutors probably wouldn't be interested in pursuing Perez.

Miley Cyrus ignores upskirt photo mess with Teen Choice Awards, 1 year romance with Liam Hemsworth

Miley Cyrus is rising above photos posed upskirt on the teen star. Updating her blog on Monday, the Hannah Montana star had nothing but good news to share with fans.

"Thank you guys so much for nominating me again for [Teen Choice Awards]!" Miley zapped to fans via her blog. "If anyone can make this dream come true it is you guys! It would be so amazing to win something for the Last Song!" she said of her movie, adding news about her real-life romance and co-star Liam Hemsworth."Tomorrow is [mine] and Liams 1 year anniversary so this is super cool timing!"

Cyrus, 17, and Hemsworth, 20, met on the set of The Last Song and have been dating ever since. Despite recent bashings from critics for overtly sexual behavior, Cyrus is in fact up for a handful of Teen Choice Awards in 2010.

Cyrus' four (4) Teen Choice Awards nominations for 2010 include "Choice Music: Female Artist", "Choice Movie Actress: Drama (The Last Song)", "Choice Movie Drama (The Last Song)" and Choice Movie Dance (Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth, The Last Song)".

Singer Miley Cyrus has been nominated in three categories at the 2010 Teen Choice Award including best female artist.

The teen superstar will compete with singers like Kesha Sebert, Taylor Swift, Shakira and Lady GaGa for the top honour. She is also nominated in the Choice Movie Actress: Drama category for her role in The Last Song, reported femalefirst.co.uk.She is also nominated in the Choice Movie Dance category for the footwork she displayed with her co-star and real-life boyfriend Liam Hemsworth in the romantic drama.

Teens Choose Miley Cyrus

The Teen Choice Awards on FOX could be a big night for Miley Cyrus, who has earned herself three nominations at the event.

Miley picked up noms in Choice Actress: Drama, and Choice coreography for her dance moves in ‘The Last Song.’

The biggie though is when Miley squares up against Ke$ha, Taylor Swift, Lady GaGa, and Shakira for the top prize of Best Female Artist.In real life, Miley wouldn’t win any of these awards most likely, but if Kristen Stewart can beat out Sandra Bullock for Best Actress at the MTV Movie Awards, we don’t expect the teen queen Cyrus to go home empty handed from the teen choice.

The Tenn Choice awards will take place on Sunday August 8th at 8pm on FOX and will be hosted by Katy Perry.

Kristen Stewart has revealed that a Miley Cyrus song is its theme.Twilight Kristen Stewart admitted it was not necessary to set a playlist to help her relate to her character Bella Swan in the third installment of a franchise.
“I always listen to music, but her particular music I’ve heard in New Moon, but it really has nothing to Eclipse,” she told MTV News. “I just listen to my normal music. Bella is less tortured. She is less confrontational. I mean … is that the conflict over the love triangle that happens in kind at the end. ”The actress added that she is a fan of both Miley Cyrus and Lady GaGa.

“‘The Climb’ is my song – and I’m sticking to it. ”

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse will be released on June 30 in the U.S. and 08 July in the UK.

Miley Cyrus scores over Lady Gaga

Although Miley Cyrus professed her love for Lady Gaga’s music but the teen sensation has beaten Lady Gaga when it comes to being the favorite of Kristen ‘Bella’ Stewart.

Miley’s song the climb has really climbed on Stewart list, the twilight actress said that although she listens to both Lady Gaga and Miley Cyrus’s music on repeat it’s the latter that has struck a chord with her. Kristen who has recently played a rock star in her new movie ‘The Runaway,’ in an interview to MTV said ‘The Climb’ is my theme song—and I’m sticking to it.

The Twilight actress listens to music all the time and it even helps her in getting into the zone needed to play Bella and she also had a special play list during the filming of the movie New Moon, to get into the moody zone of Bella Swan. But for The Eclipse she didn’t need any such special music as she portrays a less tortured Bella, which made her get back to her normal music comprising of Lady gaga and Miley Cyrus.But having played Joan Jett in the movie The Runaways, shouldn’t she also feature in your play list after all you have got unanimous praise for the portrayal of her character. Kristen has also recorded songs for her Runaway movie, which are believed to have turned out great.

May be Kristen might juggle into the music industry along with her acting career. Kristen had some time earlier said that she wants to go to college and learn literature as she wants to be a writer. Now do we have a multi talent actress coming our way?

SARAH Burge is teaching her daughter how to pole dance, like Miley Cyrus – her inspiration. Poor little Poppy. She’s 7, an age when the buzz takes hold and dreams are fostered. To really work the pole you need a professional. Sarah has “broken the World Record for having had the most cosmetic procedures”.

The Sun is aghast and calls Burge a “SICK MUM”.

This is same Sun that featured Britain’s Got Talent pole dancer Alesia, teenaged Page 3 girls and adverts for dial-a-toss phone lines.

Says Sarah Burge, 50: ”We spend hours trying out poses and positions and dancing to our favourite music. Poppy wants to be like pop star Miley Cyrus, who also dances on a pole.”

Fair point. Miley also poses for sexy pics, teases the lesbian kiss and gets dry humped by older men. Reach for the stars, Poppy.

”There is no harm in a child having dreams. I’d rather her be healthy and ambitious than sitting in front of the TV all day getting fat like most children.”

Miley Cyrus fears getting dumped by boyfriend

Teen sensation Miley Cyrus, who is dating actor Liam Hemsworth, is scared of getting dumped by the Australian.

Cyrus, 17, started dating Hemsworth last year after they met on the set of 'The Last Song' but she fears that her 20-year-old beau will leave US and her, any time, Us magazine reported.

"I don't want to be heartbroken. He could go back to Australia any second. But I'm happy. It's different from anyone else because he really is just an awesome friend too," the 'Hannah Montana' star said.

Although the pair have been dating for a year, Cyrus admits she has a crush on '17 Again' star Zac Efron. "He's gorgeous, he's hot, I don't go see his movies because I'm like, 'He's such a fantastic actor. He's a great actor, but he's hot," she said.

Miley Cyrus might not like Twilight. Or Justin Bieber. Or, really, when it comes down to it, most of her own music. But there is one pop-culture phenomenon that she has room in her heart for: Lady GaGa.

The Hannah Montana star pledged her full and undying admiration for the "Poker Face" singer while being interviewed by Ryan Seacrest this morning. After declaring that she listens to Lady GaGa and declaring her "really talented," Cyrus gushed,"When she sang with Elton John, that was my dream moment; it was two of my favorite artists coming together."

But the thing Miley likes most about GaGa? "She's first about the music."

Cyrus fumes over double standards

Miley Cyrus is fuming over recent criticism of her raunchy new image - insisting there is a double-standard in Hollywood which allows young male stars such as Zac Efron to strip off onscreen but condemns women who flaunt their assets.

The 17 year old has been stung by the negative reaction to her saucy new stage costumes and provocative dance routines in recent weeks as she promotes her latest single, Can't Be Tamed.

She garnered particular criticism for faking a same-sex kiss with a female dancer during her shows.

But Cyrus is convinced the reaction is unfair - because stars such as High School Musical heart-throb Efron also use their sexy image to win over fans.
She tells Access Hollywood's The Billy Bush Show, "Girls are immediately going to say, 'Oh, she's trying to sell sex.'" Well, I love Zac Efron, but what's he selling? He's gorgeous, he's hot, I don't go see his movie because I'm like, 'He's such a fantastic actor.' He's a great actor, but he's hot. He's just not in a leotard with his legs out. He has his shirt off. So what's the difference?

"In High School Musical... he's in basketball shorts and his cutoff tank top and all the girls are dying.

"It just isn't as obvious when guys do it. I was on tour with the Jonas Brothers my first year and boy bands get away with a lot. For girls, it's always going to be harder. That's not an excuse, it just means we have to work harder."

Miley Cyrus Goes Cheap At Forever 21

Disney tweener Miley Cyrus may be a multi-millionare superstar, but that doesn't mean that she doesn't enjoy a good deal every now and then.

A salesgirl at cheap 'n' trendy clothier Forever 21 snapped the photo with Miley and her beau Liam Hemsworth while the two were shopping. Like any good fan, the girl posted the photo on Twitter with the following message:

"I met Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend at Forever 21! I work there, and Miley asked me for help. I was kind of nervous, because I’m a fan. Liam picked out a really ‘sexy’ outfit and told Miley to buy it. Miley slapped him and said ‘Shut up’! jokingly. It was cool".

Considering that Miley has been raising eyebrows for her scandalous
new on-stage outfits, we are surprised that she wouldn't be scooping up skimpy outfits to wear off-stage. Then again, maybe she prefers to save her leg-baring leotards for when she is performing in front of her fans.

Either way, it is nice to know that even though she isn't your average 17-year-old, Miley still enjoys shopping like one.

She might live in hotpants, skin tight corsets and low-cut leotards, but Miley Cyrus insists her provocative new look is simply a sign she’s more “mature.”

The 17-year-old, who’s come along way since her Disney days, has shocked the world with her new raunchy image and over-the-top stage routine - which includes kissing girls, wrapping herself around a pole, and gyrating up and down her backing dancers.
But defending her sexy transformation, the ‘Hannah Montana’ star tells the Associated Press,

"I'm not trying to be 'slutty.'

"I'm really comfortable with my body, I work really hard to be fit and to know that I can wear whatever makes me most comfortable. I feel more comfortable dressing with a little less, which is just how I've always been.

"Now I'm able to do that a little more freely and, also, I've just grown up to be this way too. It's not like this was me five years ago. It's me now, presently."
