Miley Cyrus Celebrates 'Hannah Montana' Farewell Party

Miley Cyrus has delivered a farewell to Hannah Montana. After tapping the last episode of "Hannah Montana", the 17-year-old songstress, along with other Disney series cast had their final wrap party at h.wood nightclub in Hollywood, on Sunday, May 16.

Miley, who looked stunning in her flowing cream dress and a leather jacket, gathered at the wrap party along with co-stars Emily Osment, Jason Earles, Moises Arias and Romi Dames. Additionally, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith's kids, Jaden Smith and Willow Camille Reign, also attended the bash.

A source disclosed to E! Online that during the night, Miley and a couple of guy friends hit the dance floor.

"Miley looked so happy when the DJ played 'Party in the U.S.A'," the source shared. "When the hit came on, she sang to her song and danced through the crowd." "Episodes were showing on a screen all night long," the source further told the site. "They showed a final reel of clips at the end.
	Everyone crowded outside together and looked up at the screen. It was cute." Miley Cyrus has starred in "Hannah Montana" since 2006. In the Disney series, the "G.N.O (Girls Night Out)" singer plays Miley Stewart and her alter ego, pop star Hannah Montana. Miley Cyrus is Sweet

DEMI Lovato says pal Miley Cyrus is “the sweetest thing in the world”.

The actress says she turns to Miley whenever she needs advice or comfort.

“Miley has been in the spotlight longer than I have, so I go to her,” Demi said.

“I can text her that I’m crying and stressed out, and she’ll reply back, ‘All right, here’s what you do’. She’s the sweetest thing in the world.”

Demi — who earlier this made a gust appearance on US TV show Grey’s Anatomy — recently admitted she has caught the acting bug, but insisted singing remains her first love.
“My whole experience on Greys was amazing!” she told RadarOnline.

“I got to work with so many talented people and I’m grateful for the entire experience!

“I love acting and will definitely continue to do it for as long as I can!

“It’s so much fun getting to play new characters and really challenging myself.

“I love music and would never give that up. I’m getting ready to do a big tour of South America, and then getting on the road with the Jonas Brothers this summer.”

Remember the death threats that Kim Kardashian received after flirting with Justin Bieber on Twitter? Miley Cyrus was en route to be another victim of Justin Bieber’s die-hard fans but Justin cleared the air when he guested on Ellen the other night.

Bieber wisely answered “Just like hanging around with people … just hanging out. Yeah, and just people …” he said, “If you look on the Internet, you’ll see other girls that I hang out with,” he added.

So this means Miley Cyrus won’t be getting death threats like Kim did.

Miley Cyrus to perform 'Can't Be Tamed' on results show

Dancing With the Stars' remaining four contestants - Erin Andrews, Evan Lysacek, Chad Ochocinco and Nicole Scherzinger - performed two dances on Monday and singer Miley Cyrus will sing her sexy hit "Can't Be Tamed" on live television for the first time on Tuesday's results show, ABC says.

Cyrus has drawn both criticism and compliments for her music video of "Can't Be Tamed", which features the pop singer and star of Disney series Hannah Montana dancing provocatively in a scantly clad black outfit and touching her body. Her new album is set to hit stores on June 22.

One Dancing With the Stars couple is expected to be voted off the show on Tuesday's results show, which is also set to feature a performance from Grammy-winning singer Sarah McLachlan, who will sing her hits "Loving You is Easy" and "Angel". Her new album "Laws of Illusion" is scheduled to be released on June 15.
The results show also marks the second of three weeks of the Dancing With the Stars college competition. Dance teams from two universities - Utah Valley University and Rutgers University are set to face off on the floor.

Miley Cyrus to lose her G-A-Y virginity

Miley Cyrus has announced that she will be making her debut performance at London's famous G-A-Y club night. Her record label confirmed that the 17-year-old star will be singing at Heaven on June 5.

The Hannah Montana actress will be promoting her third album Can't Be Tamed, which is out on June 21.
The title track will be out as a single on June 14.

Miley follows in the footsteps of the likes of Madonna, Kylie Minogue, and Lady GaGa, who have all played at G-A-Y.

"Miley Cyrus is the latest in a distressingly long line of girl celebrities launched on a trajectory where they are marketed as hypersexualized objects." He doesn't blame Miley, but thinks corporate marketers should be held accountable for "marketing precocious sexuality to young boys and girls."

Betty White Out, Miley Cyrus In on 'DWTS'

Betty White is the hottest new old star on TV -- which is why ABC's Dancing With the Stars has reportedly been wooing her to appear on season 11. But sadly, White's dancing years may be behind her. Host Tom Bergeron told OK! Magazine that he was opposed to the octagenarian doing the quickstep -- because he loves her too much to risk her health!

"I know the producers want me to say yes, but I adore Betty White and she’s almost 89 years old and I think no," Bergeron said on Saturday. "My understanding is that Betty's had a conversation where she expressed some concern about her ability to keep up and I think that's where you have to say, okay. From a promotion standpoint, obviously she's the hottest name going right now but I adore her and I would never want to be her last show."
If 88-year-old White were to appear on DWTS, she would be their oldest contestant by nearly a decade; retired astronaut Buzz Aldrin, 80, holds the current record (he was voted off early this season).

While we're sad that White missed her DWTS window, a generation that doesn't remember The Golden Girls has another guest to look forward to: Miley Cyrus. Cyrus, 17, won't be dancing, but she will be performing on this Tuesday's episode -- which will mark the live TV debut of her controversial single "Can't Be Tamed." If the producers did manage to book Cyrus for a season -- highly doubtful, considering her busy schedule! she would be one of the youngest contestants ever: Season 8 winner Shawn Johnson was 17, and Cyrus' Hannah Montana costar Cody Linley competed at 18.

Miley Cyrus Shares 'Credit' For 'Can't Be Tamed' Video

Miley Cyrus might have taken some major strides toward her post-Disney career with the sexed-up video for "Can't Be Tamed," but the singer didn't do it alone. When it came time to create a concept for the slick clip — for the title song from her upcoming June album — her director and choreographer helped the star get creative.

"I worked with Robert Hales, who is an amazing director," she raved to MTV News about Hales, who has also worked with Demi Lovato, the Jonas Brothers and Justin Timberlake. "And again, I didn't look at any of his work he's done previously. I don't even know really what he's done previously."

Instead, the two focused on what they could do now that Cyrus is beginning to plot out life after "Hannah Montana."

"I just know that when we talked and what I said, he got excited and envisioned it the way I did," Cyrus said. "And that's what I wanted. I wanted someone that would get excited about it, and he was. So it was awesome. My choreographer, Jamal [Sims], also helped me come up with the concept. ... I definitely am not going to take full credit."

The result of her collaboration is a clip that, according to Miley, can't be compared to previous music videos. "I made a big point to everyone that I didn't want anyone else to watch a music video and show me and say, 'This is what I think we should do,' " she said. "I don't think it looks like any other music video. I think if we would have looked at another music video or listened to another song or looked at a different artist, it could have easily [been influenced]."

Sharp Turn for Miley Cyrus

When Miley Cyrus, 17, released her new music video last week, chatter about her attire (fetish gear), suggestive dance moves (writhing on her back) and setting (inside a black bird cage) spread like wildfire.

Some fans were you-go-girl positive. But the majority of people seemed shocked to see Ms. Cyrus — who will appear as the wholesome title character in “Hannah Montana” on the Disney Channel for another year — taking a naughty page from Lady Gaga. “I don’t want to explain to my kids why Hannah Montana has no pants on in her latest video,” said a post on the blog MomLogic.com
Whether a 17-year-old should be using sex to sell CDs can be debated, and it is too early to tell whether the brand has sustained any lasting damage. (Previous scandals involving Ms. Cyrus have not dented ratings.) The real surprise might be that the Walt Disney Company helped it happen.

Hollywood Records, Ms. Cyrus’s label, is owned by Disney. Although she personally paid most of the video’s cost, the label at the least oversaw its creation and distributed it.

It’s not uncommon for divisions of media conglomerates to work against one another — except at Disney, which aggressively extols its companywide synergy to investors.

She says despite appearing in a raunchy music video "Can't Be Tamed", she remains the same as she was at the age of 11.

"I think the video definitely shows a change of what people remember me as. I didn't want to be just a character. I wanted to be myself and just in a bird-like form in the way I dressed," contactmusic quoted her as saying.
"The lighting is different, the outfit may be different, but what you see in me is the same since I was 11 years old on 'Hannah Montana'," she added.

Miley Cyrus syndrome rubbing on 7 year old girls

We all know that Miley Cyrus has a huge fan base and the girl is doing everything in her capacity to show that she is coming off age. Well now it seems the syndrome has rubbed onto some 7 year old girls at the World of Dance Competition in California. The kids were seen in bikini tops and hot pants with thigh high stocking and baring mid riff doing a dance routine with Beyonce’s chartbuster number ‘Single Ladies”.

The video shows the girls lip-syncing to “If you like it, then you sholda put a ring on it” while bumping, gyrating and grinding.
he Huffing Post first posted this video on its website and since then there has been more than 1.5 million hits on YouTube and a new debate has emerged. The video also received overwhelming amount of negative comments.

One thing is for sure the girls are incredible dancer but there moves were too inappropriate and little too adult. There has been many spin offs of Beyonce’s albums that floods YouTube but none of them has caused so much uproar. Also Miley Cyrus should see how she is inspiring people.

Miley Cyrus And Taylor Swift To Help Flood Victims

It has been recently announced that Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift have signed on to be part of a benefit concert for the Nashville Flood victims.

June 22, 2010 will be the date for Nashville Rising: A Benefit Concert for Flood Recovery and will be held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. The event will be hosted by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill with all the proceeds going to the victims of the recent flooding that rocked downtown Nashville.
Some of the other artists that have signed on for the event are Carrie Underwood, Brooks and Dunn, LeAnn Rimes, Miranda Lambert, and Martina McBride with more to come.

At Hollywood Life's Young Hollywood Awards last week you could try the always fun one degree of separation from Miley Cyrus game.

A few of M.C.'s fellas were in attendance. There was current BF Liam Hemsworth and ex-BF Nick Jonas, who each received awards. And then there was also presenter and Cyrus grind partner Adam Shankman or "one half of America's famous dance duo" as host Mario Lopez put it.

Although Liam and Nick didn't interact at the ceremony, they each gave Miles a special shout-out in their own right...

Yummo Liam, who received the Young Hollywood Breakthrough Award, made sure to thank his "beautiful girlfriend" during his acceptance speech. There was lots of oohing and awwing from the crowd, but we don't think it was coming from the Jonas section.
When we caught up with Nick, who won the Young Hollywood Award for Artist of the Year, we just had to get his thoughts on "the new Miley." She's got her sexy new video and certainly is successfully distancing herself from the Hannah Montana image she has publicly professed she's dying to shed.

Yes Bieber and you also know that because she is down-to-earth, that is why she chose to record the song “We Are the World 25.”
Now, Bieber tell us does Miley do not have a good smile? The truth is that Miley has a very nice, cool smile which you not only know but also appreciate it well.
