18-Year-Old Miley Cyrus Strolls the Streets of Toluca Lake

Just days after finally turning 18, a now adult Miley Cyrus strolled the streets of Toluca Lake, CA after leaving a friends house on Saturday afternoon.

The former Disney starlet looked happy as she walked down the sidewalk throwing out a peace sign and a thumbs up to photographers.

Miley turned 18 on Nov. 23. 2010
